XLR8® training systems are designed to be progressive and maximal!
Everyone will have the opportunity to begin the award course but only those who
successfully achieve level 1 will be eligible to attend level 2 (SILVER) and
level 3 (GOLD).
The only thing we will assume at BRONZE level 1 is your passion for the game or
event and your desire to learn. By attending the SPSS XLR8® training program,
you will be priveledged to internationally qualified trainers and elite
atheltes who have performed at the highest level. The program has been designed
to offer assitance to the beginner coach and also challenge the most competent
of trainers.
Each XLR8® Award Level (BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD) is held over 1 full day and
combines power point modules with a strong hands on practical focus. Modules
range from 45 minutes- 1 hour in duration and modules are supported by
comprehensive workbooks and DVD instruction |
