XLR8® training has been quickly embraced by thousands of schools, clubs,
professional trainers, universities, sporting organisations and athletes’
worldwide. The uptake from grassroots coaches/trainers through to
internationally recognised sports teams and coaches has been rapid.
XLR8® is truly international with full day BRONZE and SILVER courses scheduled

February 2006 saw XLR8® International instructors Jamie Tout and Glenn Jenkins
launch the award courses in South Africa, Ireland, Scotland, and Dubai. The
presentations were greeted with enthusiasm from literally hundreds of coaches,
teachers and trainers from many sports and greatly varying teaching and
coaching levels. Elite attendees ranged from the Irish GAA and Basketball, to
South African Soccer and Rugby, to Scottish weight lifting and UAE Rugby.
